Glass:

Front windows (Drive and Passenger)

26 3/4
17 /34
1/4 inch thick
1/4 inch curve on edges.

I couldn’t find anyone around town (Chattanooga, TN) who did custom-cut windows. I bet a bigger city would have some options, but I needed replacement glass. No matter how much elbow grease I applied, the old windows weren’t clear enough. As you can see, I pulled the glass out of the doors. I traced it with a Sharpie and then measured it multiple times. I went to One Day Glass and ordered the glass to match the old glass. I will let you know if the online ordering method works. If so, I will start offering the perfect replacement online for sale.

Quick answer: Scout II glass work

Scout II glass work usually means checking seals, tracks, felts, alignment, latch hardware, and replacement glass fitment before final assembly, especially if the truck has rust or previous bodywork.
