First day of December 2024 and things are taking shape for sure!!

…Almost ready for paint. What exactly does that mean? It means that I will be taking most of the interior down. I will post pictures of the fabrication here. I will grab the lights to see how I can refurb the light enclosures. You can buy new ones here if yours are too messed up. I hope I don’t have to spend too much time here, but we shall see.

Updates:

I talked to the boys at the shop around New Year’s, and they have “dry-fitted the seats and such”. The primary issue is fitting the side pieces into the hard top and tightening the top down. They will see if they can cut the insert to make it work with my roll bar.

Update: We have a solution for the plastic inserts that cover my scout hardtop. They are essentially finishing pieces, and since the top bolts down to the side rail, running a roll bar, the plastic inserts, and a removable hardtop Scout II is almost impossible.
