Well, Craig is back at it again. This one looks pretty good, and actually, the guy that had The Yellow One texted me and told me about the post. I don’t like the way the seller puts the pictures in very specific places, but I want to go down and see this. I am going to see the one in Lagrange too if I go. Might as well go see both when I am down there.

I spoke with the guy today via email. He works offshore, and his dad passed away, so the truck is being sold. He said, “I’m sorry for this late response, but I was out of civilization, and I had no internet connection. I am working offshore, and I don’t know when I will return. The car is in Boise, ID, because my father lives there. It is stored inside and ready to go. The car belonged to my father, who recently passed away. He was the second owner. The car, the title, two sets of keys, manuals, and some service history records are what you will get from the auto broker.

I arranged for the sale right before I left, so I was all set on my end. I propose to close the deal through an auto broker in the safest and easiest way possible for both of us. Basically, it’s similar to buying a car locally; the money will be sent to their holding account, and they will keep the money until you receive the car. After the car is delivered, you will have a 7-day inspection period before you decide whether you wish to keep it or not. If you are serious about buying the car, I will ship it anywhere at no extra cost. If you want to move forward please contact me back so we can get the ball rolling.”

Well, the ball is rolling on this beauty. Let’s see if we can make it happen. It doesn’t have a roll bar, but the guy is shipping it to me. I will get one added to it. I am not trying to flip this thing without one.

UPDATE: The guy who set up this one through a broker turned out to be a FRAUDSTER. He told me he would get me in touch with his “Broker” but stopped responding when my buddy did a reverse image search. By doing this search it turned out this one had been listed on Bring A Trailer!!! It was also sold there for 35K or something. People are ruthless and immoral. What an asshole.

Do a little research, and the Reverse Google Lookup is your best friend.
